How to Cook Amok?

For 2 Persons

  • Khmer Amok powder 2 tbsp
  • Coconut milk 1 can
  • Some garlic
  • Some shallots
  • Some vegetables of your choice
  • Chicken/fish
  1. Roast gently the fish/chicken in the oil of your choice with shallot, garlic, salt and pepper.
  2. Add the Amok powder, the coconut milk, and the vegetables and let it cook until it's well done.
  3. Eat with care and gratitude.
